FAQs
What is "VRT"?
VRT (Variable Resistance Training) means the resistance changes as you move. This matches how your muscles naturally work, making it safer and more effective for home workout.
What is "2:1 pulley ratio"？
The 2:1 pulley ratio halves the resistance and doubles the cable travel distance. This gives you more flexibility for most exercises.
