Drywall with studs¹

Row can be installed directly onto drywall with wooden stud center spacing of 30/60 cm.

Drywall with studs²

If the wooden studs center spacing is not 30/60 cm, two additional horizontal wooden boards measuring 70×20×2 cm must be installed onto the studs, and then Row should be mounted onto two boards.

Concrete wall

Row can be installed directly onto a concrete wall.

Solid brick wall

Row can be installed directly onto a solid brick wall. For hollow block walls, please use toggle bolts (not included in the package) instead.

Recomiendo a quienes ya tengan base deportiva que compren un juego adicional de bandas elásticas. Al principio solo compré el remero, pero noté que la resistencia real es aproximadamente la mitad de lo indicado, como en muchas otras marcas. Así que si eres corpulento, recuerda comprar un juego (o más) adicional.
